Key Responsibilities:

• Support account leads in managing relationships with big box home improvement retailers

This is a hands-on technical role supporting the infrastructure behind how we deliver retail insights to national clients and internal stakeholders. About the Role: You’ll help build, maintain, and optimize the data pipelines and structures behind our reporting and dashboarding platforms. Our work touches national home improvement retailers and CPG clients — and this role ensures that the systems behind the scenes are accurate, efficient, and ready for scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance ETL pipelines for weekly POS and retail performance reporting

• Write complex SQL queries to transform and aggregate large retail datasets

• Work with APIs, flat files, and cloud-based data sources to automate ingestion and processing

• Collaborate with analysts and account teams to translate business questions into data solutions

• Support and document schema development, table relationships, and logic structures

• Assist with Tableau data source prep, extracts, and performance tuning

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Office & JanSan sales team. This role focuses on administrative and operational assistance, helping our sales team remain organized, responsive, and efficient. You’ll be trained on internal systems and processes, and you’ll play a key part in day-to-day execution, product support, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample shipments, orders, quotes, and promotional materials

• Maintain customer records and sales documents in SharePoint

• Organize sales meetings, conference calls, and event logistics

• Assist in managing retail portals for item setups and updates

• Provide support in preparing proposals and presentations

• Update pricing, product catalogs, and sales collateral

• Help track inventory availability and coordinate with logistics

Requirements
